Z50 1972-78 Aftermarket Reproduction Gas Tanks -  These are very nice gas tanks and look just like originals.   If you are looking for show quality paint or doing a museum type restoration, then OEM/New Old Stock Tanks  are recommended.  There might be a slight imperfection or two in the paint like a scuff or nick etc.  However, you can't beat the price for a painted tank, gas cap, and petcock.  If you plan on riding your Z50, these tanks are perfect and nobody but the serious Z50 collectors will notice its an aftermarket tank.

 Note:  Regarding the paint on these  gas tanks, side covers, and forks we sell, they are all painted at different times so its possible they won’t be a perfect match and could be a shade or two off from one another.. These parts are very affordable and an easy and quick way to make a rider look great.  We believe the majority of our customers want to ride their Z50s, have fun, and not worry about scratching an $800++ NOS Honda gas tank or museum piece – These parts are geared toward those customers.
